From that time on,I fall in love with skiing.Though I am not a expert on it But I really enjoy it!!Hope one day I can go skiing at free.

I also love to watching Japanese drama.Because it is not like Korea or Taiwanese drama that mostly have no big meanings.Japanese drama usually have deep meaning and hard-working script. The best person I like is Takako Matsu松隆子. Summary: Research finds that some foods are “superfoods” because they have chemicals that protect your body against some chronic diseases. Superfoods contain "phytochemicals", which can reduce the risk of cancer, boost the immune system, and protect the heart.Organic fruits and vegetables because they have lower levels of pesticides and higher levels of phytochemicals. Reflection: Nowaday people 's diet is not usual as the past.People uauslly eat outside. And less and less people cook at home. Because they are busy at their job, they don't have time to deal with their health.Such as Mcdonalds and Kentucky Fried Chichen(KFC) has so many fried food.It is not good for our health, but still lots of people likes to eat it. I hope one day people can realize the importance about healthy. And eat some healthy food to gain the energe.
